Branch 450 LMOUs

What is an LMOU?

An LMOU, or Local Memorandum of Understanding, is a specific agreement between your local post office and the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) union. It outlines additional benefits, rules, and working conditions that are unique to your specific location, beyond the national contract.

Why is it important?

LMOUs provide clarity and consistency in your workplace. They ensure that you and your colleagues are treated fairly and that your rights are protected.

Where can I find my LMOU?

Below you will find the LMOU for Burlington and Mount Vernon.
